What Necklace To Wear With Sweetheart Neckline
Agora
Three months after the birth of the blog is perhaps worth a moment to stop for a quick assessment.
The blog was started with the very modest goal of presenting a novel being published and provide an open space where readers could discuss with the author - and possibly among themselves - on issues related to the narrative. A modest goal, it was said, who clearly had not taken into account in an unexpected element: the foaming tendency of visitors to move in accordance with the greater freedom to express their ideas. And indeed, each has moved in the direction most suited to their personal inclinations and the cutting of the prevailing cultural interests. I
Another rare to find that the constraints given as a prerequisite to active participation in discussion, that comparison peaceful opinions, mutual respect and tolerance, calm tones and assessment, there has been adapted with surprising (given the time) and immediate availability. In this sense, some indulgence in style - rarely report - has been mostly isolated and limited exception. I imagine that in an open area and in the absence of any control or filter the desired budget, some work a bit 'outside the lines should be considered physiological and, therefore, do not text much. Instead
jumped clear - that means that it was a surprise - the desire to communicate across the board, to engage in relationships which consolidate rapidly beyond ephemeral. This request for 'socializing', although not expressed in explicit way, I was promoted from the impression given by the blog and now all condensed in the minimum which he made reference earlier. This suggests - and hope - which is still intact need places and modes of expression in which the comparison does not result in more confrontation and exchange of views is considered mutual enrichment and opportunity to assert their views.
So, from single-subject blog or potentially more homogeneous in content, this virtual space has transformed into a place open to the free exchange on the most disparate subjects. If the term is not sounding too presumptuous, I would say a sort of 'Agora' busy in the first instance by the partners and most devoted fans. This does not mean, however, I would consider less than those visitors who, although not too constant, they have pledged their valuable contribution. In this respect, honesty, want the lowest frequency is limited only by action, since the number of daily visits has remained almost constantly high.
However, perhaps one reason there is some regret: I would have hoped that the blog became a point of attraction and especially for the young people. Not so, except, again, some rare exceptions. And this is certainly a subject on which the questions and reflect on the possible causes are many: the level of intervention? the tone? arguments? any lack of immediacy? language? the conceptual distance as well as generational?
Diagnosis and proposals on this topic, which I consider crucial not only relevant, will be welcomed and received with the utmost care.
What, then, the lines for the near future?
None in particular, but a hope and a commitment. The hope is that the blog keeps the style that sets it apart style that perhaps makes it rare if not unique, in the hubbub vulgar and superficial network. The commitment is to preserve the atmosphere of any pollutant intrusion and to keep it, as has been done up to now, away from the ideologies of the devastating virus.
To everyone, enjoy your stay in the Agora.
