Whatever Happened To Kristin Kreuk

Present Indicative

menarla Not too long, came out another of my story in the anthology Present indicative of "East of the Equator." The book is part of a larger project now in its fifth edition, edited by Mario Gelardi, which aims to join together the language of literature and the theater. 20 writers for 20 stories focused on contemporary issues, which should be taken 20 theatrical monologues written by the authors. I say should because in fact most of the stories was published already in the form of a monologue, making the anthology a little 'stories, a bit' of monologues, and ultimately a bit 'anarchist. I hope that it tickles the reader with no bother.

Personally I preferred to have two different jobs, in part because I am a purist snob of fiction and I always tend to stiffen in the face of obvious contamination too, but mostly because my text was created directly as a story is like that needed to be expressed on paper. As for those texts born directly as monologues, same thing: it would be a stretch to turn them into stories, and many would lose their intrinsic beauty (see Pingitore who writes in verse delicious).

The play related to the book will be held at the theater Elicantropo Naples, March 4 to 14, 21.00, will be staged monologues authors grouped 4-5 at a time. Mine in particular there will be 10 and 11 March. On the goodness of the show can not tell you anything because we have not seen evidence the authors and whatever, but I can assure you talent Gelardi and Miale Mauro, the director who will take care of my text but I've never seen anything ( I saw him), but I'm confident until proven otherwise.

I leave you with the presentation of my monologue directly extrapolated from the poster

THE HOSPITAL A boy with a strong hostility to the hospital undergoes an insignificant physical damage due to a curious incident. Is persuaded by a group of undergraduates in medicine to carry out a check to the hospital, and there he began his grotesque epic.
